Midwest Bujinkan Taikai 2009 F.A.Q.:
1. I paid for the event, now what does that include? Your registration fee includes the following:
2. I paid for the event now how do I book my room? Once you have paid via pay pal you will be directed to a private booking link for the event. This link allows you to book rooms directly into the host facility, the Crowne Plaza Madison. The group rate for our Tai Kai is $89.00. This is a flat rate meaning that it does not increment for each additional guest. In other words, you can share a room with up to a total of four people and the rate is still a total of $89.00. Once you click on the link simply follow the simple prompts to reserve you room. 3. Can't I just register the day of the event? Maybe... Last year's Midwest Taikai had a room limit of approx. 125 people. Needless to say, space filled up quickly and a waiting list was put into use well ahead of the actual date. Pre-registration is the best way to ensure that you have a place in this year's Taikai. 4. I don't have a PayPal account. How can I Register early? You don't actually have to have a PayPal account to pay for registration online. If you have a major credit card, that will also work with the PayPal system. In the lower left corner of the payment screen you will see a link that says: Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Simply follow the link and subsequent instructions. And your registration process will be taken care of. You will still be redirected to our private booking page when you are finished. 5. I have a place to stay during the Taikai; do I have to book a room? No, you are not required to book a room to attend MWTK09. The special rate we have arranged with the Crowne Plaza Madison is there for the convenience of our participants. Whether or not you have a room booked at the Crowne Plaza, you will still have access to the food and amenities provided for Taikai participants. If you have any other questions, please email the Taikai Coordinators at: |
